Since 2000, ETHOS Career Management Group has supported the growth and success of BC and Alberta’s employment sector through engaging and innovative programs and services.
Since our creation, we have delivered nearly 18,000 highly successful career development, employment, and self-employment workshops (over 100,000 workshop seats). Additionally, we’ve supported 1250 successful start-ups on Vancouver Island through our Entrepreneurs on the Rise, Rebel Entrepreneur, Business Works, Business Works for Youth, Youth Mean Business and Experience Works Entrepreneurs Programs.
We are leaders in the online training industry, developing innovative delivery methods with each new project and partnership. Our online learning platform has grown with our team, changing the way organizations deliver training. We are paving the way for new and engaging interactive learning that encourage all to succeed. Experienced instructional designers and web developers collaborate with you to build interactive and engaging online learning content.

I felt it appropriate to honour the past by opening with Deborah Bromley’s (former CEO & owner) opening statement from her CEO Message:

It has been exciting to be part of the growth and advancement at ETHOS throughout the years. My journey with the company began in 2019 as the Business Development Manager, and within a year I was appointed as COO for ETHOS working alongside Deb. She taught me so much and gave me many opportunities others hadn’t—for that I will be forever grateful.
Moving forward, I hope to be able to offer individuals the same courtesy that I was given. ETHOS has a strong team, and we will continue to grow, while allowing individual and team talents to shine.
I look forward to working with new and existing organizations and partners, maintaining our solid relationships with funders, and expanding our product and service offerings. It is my absolute pleasure to step in as CEO. I am committed to honouring and respecting all the hard work and dedication that has brought ETHOS this far and look forward to seeing where the future takes us.
